Came and looked at our boiler and identified the problem and was due to let us know when he’d be able to come yback with the relevant parts to fix the issue. We never heard from him again despite attempts to call or message him leaving my wife and nine month old baby in a house with no heating or hot water at the beginning of winter. A courteous message to say he didn’t know how to fix it was all that was needed!
